Our Story

The Factory Link’s founder, Stephanie Bierdrager, knows Asia inside and out.

Stephanie took her wealth of knowledge and has successfully embedded it into an organization, designed specifically to meet the sourcing needs of the today’s fast paced, competitive consumer products markets. Prior to forming Factory Link, Stephanie was a leading buyer and global procurement executive at some of the world's largest retail groups, working in Asia, Europe and North America. She has managed product development projects and sourced products for companies including A.S. Watson's, Shoppers Drug Mart, H&M Hennes & Mauritz, Inditex Group, Charming Charlie, Forever 21 and Walmart. 

Steph is passionate about products, and has been a regular traveler to Asian factories since 2001. She has made Hong Kong her home since 2009.
